We adapt flexibly to the requirements of your event. Whether it’s a workshop, presentation or hybrid meeting – we make sure you get the perfect technical support. As standard, we offer a basic infrastructure consisting of our MeetingBoards with interactive display and fiber optic cable.
Technical equipment at BizOps Hub can be individually expanded at any time.

Furnishing
Our well-thought-out basic furniture consists of modular seating options and tables as well as 2 movable grandstands. For a break in between, you can take a seat in our small bistro area and enjoy a cappuccino from our fully equipped kitchen.

Catering
Whether finger food, creative buffets or exclusive dinners – we offer you culinary highlights to enjoy directly on site. On request, we can organize a successful catering service with regional ingredients. We are happy to take care of the drinks for you. Our reliable partner supplies a wide selection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks.

Design concept
We organize and style your event according to your wishes and use a flexible design concept to turn your event into a unique experience. With our LED lamps, we have the possibility to individualize the colours of your event. On request, we can design and organize your event with a tailor-made concept that creates the perfect setting for your event.

Guest management
To ensure a smooth start to your event, we have our own online guest management to ensure that your guests can check in quickly and easily. On request, we can take care of registration, accreditation and coordination – from start to finish for a successful event.
